É no antigo lote quatro da urbanização da Quinta de Santo Antonio da Serra, no Prior Velho, município de Loures que em 2003, a Ribergui constrói de raiz este edifício habitacional.
Localizado a norte de Lisboa, numa zona com excelentes acessos rodoviários, onde podemos encontrar todo o tipo de comércio e serviços a pouca distância, este edifício conta com doze apartamentos, com diferentes tipologias, que variam entre T1 e T3.

It is in the former lot four of the Quinta de Santo Antonio da Serra urbanization, in Prior Velho, municipality of Loures, that in 2003, Ribergui built this residential building from scratch.
